Buying process step-by-step

Initial consultation

We start by understanding what you want – your goals, your lifestyle, your non-negotiable. We explain areas, taxes, the buying structure and what to expect at each step.

Tailored property search

Once we have your brief, we begin a full-market search: portals, local agents, partners, developers and banks. Unlike traditional agencies, we are not tied to a fixed inventory – we look only for what truly fits you.

Viewing selected homes

We arrange viewings on your schedule. If you can’t attend, we visit for you and provide a full report: photos, videos, layout analysis and honest feedback – even a live call if needed.

Bank account, NIE and mortgage support

Document and legal checks

Before making an offer, our legal team reviews all documents, including the registry certificate (Nota Simple), community information and property status.

If necessary, our architect evaluates the building, the condition of the home and the estimated cost of any refurbishment.

Negotiation and reservation

With all information on hand, we evaluate the property and prepare a strategy. We negotiate solely in your interest, aiming for the strongest price and terms. Once both sides agree, our lawyer prepares the reservation contract.

Preparing for the purchase deed

We coordinate with the notary, request any missing documents and guide you through the signing. We explain taxes, assist with payments and make sure everything is correct and ready.
